This return policy applies to seed and agricultural products listed or quoted under the Vista Seeds brand.
Return Period
Return requests may be submitted within 14 days after delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and suitable for resale.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is damaged in transit, sent incorrectly, or appears defective, please contact Vista Seeds as soon as possible after delivery. Eligible requests may be resolved through replacement, return, or another appropriate remedy.
Non-Returnable Cases
Opened, used, improperly stored, or customer-damaged products may not be eligible for return. Seed products are agricultural production materials, so quality concerns related to storage and usage conditions are reviewed separately.
Return Shipping
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, Vista Seeds will guide the return shipping process. For customer-preference returns, shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
